Jenna joined the staff at Leighton State Bank in August of 2009. You will find her seated at the receptionist desk helping customers, answering phones, and executing marketing efforts for the bank.

Rosie DeBruin
Customer Service Representative

Rosie primarily works with customers by opening new accounts or answering questions about existing accounts. She has been employed at the bank since October of 1997. In addition to accounts, Rosie deals with debit/credit cards, CDs, and ATM questions. She is also a part of the Marketing Committee.

Steven Fopma
President & CEO

Steve's guidance plays a key role in the growth of Leighton State Bank. He has been an employee of Leighton State Bank since August of 1997. Steve is very knowledgeable in all areas of banking and uses his expertise to direct the functions of Leighton State Bank.

Christopher Goerdt
Assistant Vice President

Chris joined the staff at Leighton State Bank in November of 2008 as an Assistant Vice President. He stays busy helping customers who need small consumer loans including vehicle purchases or personal expenses. Chris also helps out with some agriculture and commercial loans.

Linda Kruseman
Customer Service Representative

Linda has been a long time employee of the bank since April of 1996. She is available to help customers open new accounts and CDs. She also helps coordinate bank operations in the Pella office by handling check re-ordering, cash orders, IRAs, and other account questions.

Kendra is a familiar face at Leighton State Bank as she has been employed since January of 1983. Kendra has a vast amount of experience in all areas of the bank. Sandy primarily assists customer who come through the bank drive-up lane. She has worked at Leighton State Bank since September of 2009. Her primary duties include helping customers with deposits and withdrawals, giving account balances, and answering other general account quetions.

Executive Assistant

Verna has been employed at Leighton State Bank since June of 2007. She works as an executive assistant by helping LSB management in implementing strategies to achieve bank objectives. She also handles the Information Technology (IT) questions of the bank, and she is heavily involved in bank compliance procedures.
