Leighton State Bank – Pella Location
Leighton State Bank is seeking an individual to fill a part time teller position at its Pella location. This position would be approximately 15-20 hours/week including Saturday rotations. This position requires working with customers by processing their financial transactions promptly, accurately, and in a professional and courteous manner.
The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, flexible and have strong communication skills. Candidates must be able to resolve questions related to customer accounts. Candidates will also learn about banking products and services in order to identify customer needs and recommend financial products.
This position requires the ability to multi-task and respond to various requests simultaneously. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs.
