HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
1.) Homebuyers who have owned their current home at least 5 years...

eligible for tax credits up to $6,500
2.) First time homebuyers or anyone who has not owned a home in the past 3 years...

eligible for tax credits up to $8,000
3.) TO QUALIFY, buyers in both groups must sign a purchase agreement by April 30, 2010, & close by June 30, 2010.
